Rental Terms Agreement

Liability:

The Lessee agrees to use the equipment only for and in accordance with its intended use pursuant to the instructions and warnings provided in the manual.  Lesser will provide product manual with delivery of product, upon request by Lessee during ordering process.

Loss or damage to the equipment is the responsibility of the Lessee. The Lesser maks no warranty, express or implied, as to the merchantability of the equipment, its fitness for the particular purpose for which it is used, or its state of repair.  In no event will the Lesser be responsible for any damage, loss or injury caused by or arising out of the use of any equipment supplied hereunder, or the failure of the equipment to function as intended.  Lessee’s sole remedy under this lease is a refund of the lease price.  Lesser will not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the lease of the equipment. 

Rental Process for Advanced Reservations:

A Deposit of $30.00 (applies toward rental fees) required to reserve delivery of  equipment order.  Full Payment of rental reservation must be received at least seven (7) days prior to scheduled delivery date.

Cancellation of reservation requires 48-hour notice for a full refund of rental fees, less $30.00 deposit. Less than 48-hour notice of reservation cancellation will warrant a full refund of rental fees, less $30.00 deposit and $15.00 additional charge, totaling $45.00.

24-Hour or Last-Minute Reservations:

Will fall after reserved orders.  Full payment is due upon delivery.  A $30.00 non-refundable deposit (applies toward rental fees) required prior to delivery.

Extension of reservation is gladly accommodated.  A 24-hour notice is appreciated to secure equipment and additional rental fees.

Minimum Equipment deposit of $30.00 applies per order, unless otherwise specified.

Applicable SC sales tax of 8.5%  applies per order.

Returned checks are subject to a $30.00 fee.
